Soonish helps a group find a time that works. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

Plan details you provide, such as the activity, dates, and the names you add to a plan.
Availability replies that participants share when they respond to a plan.
Organizer phone number, only when you choose to add it so we can text you status updates about your plan.
Basic technical data needed to run the service, like logs required to keep the app working and secure.

How we use your information

To collect availability and suggest times that work for the group.
To send the organizer status updates by SMS about their own plan, such as when someone replies, when suggested times are ready, or when the plan is scheduled.
To operate, secure, and improve the service.

SMS and message data

If you add your phone number as an organizer, we use it only to text you about your plan. We do not text participants and we do not message group chats. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of further messages and HELP for help.

How we share information

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We use a messaging provider only to deliver the SMS you ask us to send, and service providers strictly to run Soonish. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep plan and availability information for as long as needed to run the service. You can contact us to request deletion of a plan or your information.
