These terms cover your use of Soonish, a service that helps a group find a time that works. By using Soonish, you agree to these terms.

Using Soonish

Create a plan, share the link with your group, and Soonish collects availability and suggests times. Use the service lawfully and only add people who expect to hear from you about the plan.

SMS message terms

Program name: Soonish Organizer Status Updates.

Description: When you add your phone number as an organizer, Soonish sends you text updates about your own plan, such as when someone replies, when suggested times are ready, and when the plan is scheduled. We only text the organizer; we never text participants or group chats.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on activity on your plan. You will typically receive only a few messages per plan.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.

Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us at soonishsupport@gmail.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No guarantees

Soonish is provided as is, without warranties. We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Soonish is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Soonish means you accept the updated terms.
